Rod Engard formed Engard Real Estate Company in 1996 as a full service sales and marketing company for property on Hilton Head Island, Bluffton and the Low Country of South Carolina.

In 1999, we formed Engard Rental Company to assist our clients in managing and renting their property.

We are members of the Board of Realtors, Multiple Listing Service, and the Home Builders Association.
