Selena W. Brown is a wife, mother, grandmother, and life-long resident of Hilton Head Island, South Carolina. Five generations of her family have lived, worked, and help develop this island. She has been in the Customer Service, Hospitality and Property Management industry for more than 18 years. Her interests are varied and diversified including studying law and participating in her church activities.

She joinied the Engard Real Estate Company as Office Administrator / Property Manager on Hilton Head Island in 2006.

Jennifer Denney has joined Engard Real Estate as on-site sales agent for Shell Hall. She is a native of Bowling Green, KY, graduating from Western Kentucky University in 1992 with a degree in Communications. Jennifer is an alumna member of Alpha Omicron Pi, attends St Luke’s Episcopal Church, and is a provisional member of the Savannah Junior League. She had previously worked as a Sales Executive with Marriott Vacation Club and had been transferred to Maui.  Jennifer said "I came to visit Shell Hall, fell in love with the community, packed my bags, moved my husband and 2 dogs back, and now live at Shell Hall! -- total commute time is 20 seconds!"
