  Susan Jacobsen is a native Buckeye who attended The Ohio State University, Susan has been involved in real estate with a 21 year background in commercial property management as well as in development and sales of residential property. She is a member of the Hilton Head Multiple Listing Service, the Hilton Head Area Association of Realtors®, and is pursuing completion of the Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR®) designation through the National Association of Realtors™ as well as the distinguished Certified Residential Specialist designation.
 

Previously active in the National Capital Area YWCA in Washington, D.C. and the National Assistance League in the Twin Cities area, she has a strong sense of commitment relative to giving back to her community. As a contributing editor for The Bluffton City Sun, a member of the Community Service and Professional Development committees for the Board of Realtors, remaining current with economic and market conditions enables Susan to better respond to customers’ and clients’ needs.

Susan has lived in the Hilton Head area for 11 years with her husband of 30 years, Dean, and her cat Penelope.

  Selena White-Brown is a wife, mother, grandmother, and life-long resident of Hilton Head Island, South Carolina. Five generations of her family have lived, worked, and help develop this island. She has been in the Customer Service, Hospitality and Property Management industry for more than 16 years. Her interests are varied and diversified including studying law and participating in her church activities.

She is very excited about joining the Engard Real Estate Company as
Office Administrator / Property Manager on Hilton Head Island.

  Jennifer Denney has joined Engard Real Estate as on-site sales agent for Shell Hall. She is a native of Bowling Green, KY, graduating from Western Kentucky University in 1992 with a degree in Communications. Jennifer is an alumna member of Alpha Omicron Pi, attends St Luke’s Episcopal Church, and is a provisional member of the Savannah Junior League. She had previously worked as a Sales Executive with Marriott Vacation Club and had been transferred to Maui. During a vacation back on Hilton Head, Jennifer said "I came to visit Shell Hall, fell in love with the community, packed my bags, moved my husband and 2 dogs back, and now live at Shell Hall! -- total commute time is 20 seconds!"
